Uwe Boll = Genius
‘Ooh-vuh’ Boll has just challenged Michael Bay to a ‘Death Match’ as they put it over at /Film, which is the film blog I read most frequently. I’ve sort of been following the recent Uwe Boll news, such as when he said if a petition received 1,000,000 signatures asking him to quit film-making he would quit, then a petition was started and got 200,000 signatures in a matter of a month or so. He then insulted Michael Bay and Eli Roth, to which they responded.
Now … he’s challenged Michael Bay to a boxing match, and Uwe apparently already has some experience/skill under his belt, so it probably won’t really be a fair fight unless Bay trains like Rocko did for Rocky Balboa ;)
OK, this video is beautiful! Love every word that comes out of this guys mouth, he just keeps making a fool of himself!
OK, so if Michael Bay dignifies this with a response saying he won’t fight, people will probably think he did the right thing, but he will look like a pansy. But if he accepts the challenge he’ll be called an idiot for going so far.
I personally would love to see something like this happen, but I don’t think Michael Bay will accept (and I think that’s the way it should be!)
So Uwe Boll’s upcoming film Postal will probably make quite a bang at the box office pretty much because of how much attention & exposure he’s been getting over the last few months. I won’t be seeing it at least.
